Fabrizio is located at our office in Rome. For more than 14 years he has been working in the management consulting business with a major focus on the automotive industry. He specializes in strategy & organization, financial due diligence and corporate finance topics. With his support major automotive OEMs have successfully developed their sales strategy and processes. Fabrizio holds a degree in Economics (Business Administration) from the “La Sapienza” University of Rome.

Kurt Baes is an Partner in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office and responsible for the Operations Management practice in the Benelux. Prior to that, he has managed Arthur D. Little's Shanghai office during three years.

Kurt has gained over thirteen years of strategy and operations management consulting experience in Europe and Asia / China, mainly in the Energy / Utilities, Manufacturing and Chemicals industries. His area of expertise covers market strategy, organisation diagnostic and redesign, change management, post-merger integration, risk and portfolio management, strategic sourcing and overall performance improvement. He is a Belgian national with an MSc degree from K.U.Leuven and an MBA from Cornel University (New York), and speaks Dutch, French, English and German.

John W. Brennan is Managing Director of Arthur D. Little, Inc. leading the firm’s management and technology consulting businesses in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Mr. Brennan began his career locating venture-capital financing for early-stage technology firms and developing their growth strategies through to Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

In 1989, Mr. Brennan joined Arthur D. Little and spent the next decade in a variety of management consulting positions leading major corporate- and technology-based strategic initiatives across North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Brennan left the firm in 1998 to become Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Protocare, Inc. as well as President and Head of R&D at ReasonEdge Technologies, Inc.

In January 2004, Mr. Brennan returned to Arthur D. Little where he serves as an Officer of the Company and a Member of the Board of Directors.

Since 2004, Mr. Brennan has led the Technology and Innovation business in North America and has also served as the Global Leader of ADL’s Healthcare, Consumer, and Life Sciences Practice. Mr. Brennan specializes in technology innovation and product commercialization through the development and implementation of technology, corporate, and commercial marketing strategies. More specifically, Mr. Brennan’s expertise lies in new market entry strategy, R&D portfolio management, technology strategy formulation, innovation management, technology assessment, supply chain management, franchise strategy development, and product launch planning and implementation.

Mr. Brennan has structured, negotiated and/or advised senior executives and Boards of Directors as well as private equity investors on over $5 Billion of transactions providing asset valuation, deal structure, and due-diligence advisory services related to mergers, acquisitions, technology licensing, joint ventures, and strategic alliances. He has significant expertise in the financing, growth and development of early-stage technology ventures as well as successful post-merger integration expertise.

Mr. Brennan holds Masters degrees from Harvard University and Northeastern University as well as a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.

Niklas is Head of the Automotive and Manufacturing Group in the Nordic countries. For 12 years he is in the top management consulting business and has developed his focus on topics relevant to automotive suppliers and manufacturing companies. He has experience in issues ranging from operations management to strategy and M&A. Niklas holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Daniel Deneffe is located in our Brussels Office. Daniel has more than 14 years of management consulting experience. His primary focus is in marketing & sales excellence, price and margin management, and growth strategy. He has applied his expertise across many industries, ranging from commodity chemicals and cement to highly specialized medical devices. Daniel is a former Professor in Strategy at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.

Antoine is located in the Paris Office and is part of the Automotive and Manufacturing Group. He has an extensive experience in management consulting on strategic and performance improvement issues. He has developed deep knowledge in the automotive industry with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers and substantial experience in manufacturing and process industries. Antoine has a previous experience with an electrical appliance manufacturer in China. He holds a Diploma in business administration of the ESCP and the University Paris-Dauphine.

Andreas is located in our office in Frankfurt. The focus of his consulting work lies on strategy and organization design, on R&D efficiency management and on optimization of after sales processes in the automotive industry. Andreas has more than twelve years consulting experience. He holds a Master in industrial engineering and management and received a Ph.D. (Dr.-Ing.) from the Technical University of Kaiserslautern.

Yusuke is based in Arthur D. Little's Tokyo office. His professional focus is on strategic planning and organisation. He has major industry experience in the manufacturing and high-technology industries as well as in the automotive industry. Yusuke holds a B.E. in Metallurgy and in Material Science from the Tokyo Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and an M.S. in International Business Management from M.I.T’s Sloan School of Management.

Daesoon is located in our office in Seoul. His consulting focus is on strategy development, technology and innovation management, and financial and operational efficiency improvement. Daesoon has significant expertise in the manufacturing, electronics and construction industry. He received a Bachelor of Art in Applied Statistics and a Master of Art in Economics with focus in Industrial Organization from Yonsei University.

Carsten is located at Arthur D. Little in Munich. With more than 12 years top management consulting experience he has developed his field of competence in the automotive industry with a focus on market, growth and product strategy, product and innovation management, corporate quality management and sales/ aftersales – strategy, channels, processes, organization. Carsten has a Master in business administration / innovation management of the Free University of Berlin.

Stefan is Director in the Automotive and Manufacturing Group and based in Munich. His professional focus is in technology and innovation mangament, operations management and restructuring with extensive experience in the automotive and aerospace industry as well as in telecom equipment. Stefan has an M.Sc. in Materials Science from the University of Leoben.

Jesús is located in our office in Madrid. The focus of his consulting work is on strategy development, marketing & sales management, and due diligence. He has broad industry experience in the manufacturing, aeronautic, energy/ utility, IT, telecommunication sectors. Jesús is an Aeronautical Engineer from Madrid Polytechnic University and holds an MBA from ICADE, Universidad Pontificia de Comillas.
