Petter is the leader of the Global Strategy & Organization, Private Equity and Corporate Finance Practice in the Stockholm office of Arthur D. Little. He is affiliated to the TIME, Health Care and Public Sector practices. His professional focus is on strategy & organization and financial advice to private equity and industrial investors pre and post transactions (e.g. due diligence, valuation, strategy, change management, post merger integration) and governance issues faced by corporations, investors, governments and multi-lateral organizations. Petter holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Stockholm School of Economics and the Rotterdam School of Management.

Jim is a Principal at Arthur D. Little’s office in Boston, MA and has extensive experience working across the biopharmaceutical, consumer goods, food and beverage, and technology industries. His professional focus is centered on developing corporate strategies, managing technology and innovation, enhancing organizational performance, and evaluating growth opportunities to maximize the value of commercial activities and R&D investments. Jim holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Bachelors from the University of California at Davis.

Daniel is a Principal in Arthur D. Little's Global Energy Practice, and Leader in Buenos Aires, Argentina. From there and from Madrid he has provided assistance on organization, strategy and corporate finance to both regional and international energy, oil and gas companies in Europe, Latin America, USA, Middle East and Africa. Daniel has been involved in the deregulation of energy industry and the privatization of the national oil and gas distribution companies in South America, Jordan and Colombia. He has also been in charge of many assignments in the oil & gas industry, developing competences models, assessing executives and recommending salary and compensation schemes. In addition, Daniel has helped LPG, LNG, E&P, refining and fuel distribution and retail marketing companies in developing their international strategies, feasibility studies, valuations, economic analysis, due diligences and balance score card systems. He graduated as industrial engineer from the National University of Buenos Aires, and holds an MBA from the Universidad del Salvador/Universidad de Deusto. Daniel speaks fluent Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Salman Ali is a Principal in Arthur D. Little’s Madrid office, is a member of the Global Strategy & Organization Practice and responsible for Travel and Transportation activities in Spain. Mr. Ali holds a B.Eng. (Honors) degree in Mechanical Engineering and a M.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering from Imperial College, University of London.

Kurt Baes is an Partner in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office and responsible for the Operations Management practice in the Benelux. Prior to that, he has managed Arthur D. Little's Shanghai office during three years.

Kurt has gained over thirteen years of strategy and operations management consulting experience in Europe and Asia / China, mainly in the Energy / Utilities, Manufacturing and Chemicals industries. His area of expertise covers market strategy, organisation diagnostic and redesign, change management, post-merger integration, risk and portfolio management, strategic sourcing and overall performance improvement. He is a Belgian national with an MSc degree from K.U.Leuven and an MBA from Cornel University (New York), and speaks Dutch, French, English and German.

Daniel Deneffe is located in our Brussels Office. Daniel has more than 14 years of management consulting experience. His primary focus is in marketing & sales excellence, price and margin management, and growth strategy. He has applied his expertise across many industries, ranging from commodity chemicals and cement to highly specialized medical devices. Daniel is a former Professor in Strategy at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Cornell University.

François Deneux is a Partner of Arthur D. Little in France. He has more than 20 years experience in strategy and management consulting. François has developed expertise in Strategy, Development Strategies (especially for small companies), Organizational optimization, Technologies assessment and change management.

He is the co-founder and member of the board of two biotech companies.

Before joining Arthur D. Little, François worked for two years in an affiliate of BNP Paribas in Turkey (Ottoman Bank).

François is a graduate of ESSEC, a French business school.

Jonas is an Associate Director at Arthur D. Little's Stockholm office. He is the Nordic Strategy & Organization Practice Leader. His primary areas of experience are strategy development, M&A analysis (incl. commercial due diligences) and its resulting integration, cost and capital efficiencies, sourcing cost reductions, etc. His primary industrial focus areas are electronics, telecom equipment, private equity, health care providers, etc. Jonas holds dual Master of Sciences degrees, one in Industrial Engineering and Management from Chalmers University of Technology and another one Business Administration and Economics from Gothenburg School of Economics and Commercial Law.

Thomas Kuruvilla is responsible for Arthur D. Little’s operations in the Middle East and South Asia. Thomas is also the Head of the Strategy and Organization practice.

Thomas has extensive consulting and operational/management experience in the Middle East, Europe and South East Asia in the areas of strategy development & implementation, economic policy development, merger and acquisitions, and performance management – both in public and private sectors. Other industry and functional expertise include Strategy and Organization, Public Sector, Telecoms, Financial Services, Maritime and BPR.

Mr. Kuruvilla has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kerala University and MBA from the Melbourne Business School, Australia/Asian Institute of Management, Philippines.

Dongwon is an Associate Director at Arthur D. Little’s office in Beijing, China. Dongwon has been conducting consulting work across Northeast Asian countries including Korea, China and Japan, mainly focusing on new business development, market scenario planning, M&A, reorganization and government policy. He has been working with a wide range of clients including financial institutions, manufacturing and service sector companies, and in the public sector. Dongwon graduated with honors in Business Administration at Seoul National University and participated at INSEAD Asia International Executive Program.

Wilhelm is Central Europe Strategy & Organization and Corporate Finance Practice Leader with considerable consulting experience. He is also affiliated to the Chemicals, Manufacturing and the Consumer Goods & Retail practices. Wilhelm holds a Beverage Engineering Degree and a Master of Business Administration.

Dirk Luyten is Managing Partner of the Brussels office of Arthur D. Little. He’s a member of the Strategy and Organization Practice and the Consumer Goods & Retail Practice.

His area of expertise covers market strategy, design and implementation, (strategic) restructuring, innovation management, post-merger integration, concept validation, development and scaling.

Dirk holds a Master’s degree in Law from the State University of Ghent. He also holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the State University of Ghent and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, in France.

Dirk is fluent in Dutch, French, English and Spanish.

Mario is Managing Director in Arthur D. Little's office in Italy and has extensive experience in management consulting. His primary focus area is expertise in Strategy and Organization and he has worked with most Italian Companies. Mario is a graduate of Politecnico of Milan, where he obtained a degree in Engineering.

François-Joseph Van Audenhove is a Partner based in Arthur D. Little's Brussels office. François-Joseph is a member of the Strategy & Organization Practice, he is heading the Travel and Transportation Practice in Benelux and is a member of the Consumer Goods & Retail practice. His functional expertize is focused on strategic studies, performance improvement, marketing & sales, organizational design and sustainability. Van Audenhove specializes in the management of complex strategic and organizational transformation programs.
