Thomasz is an executive with 12 years of management experience in the telecommunications industry in Poland, and nine years of international management consulting experience.
Tomasz has a proven track record in managing commercial organizations. He has been successful in business turnaround and driving growth and profitability. His areas of professional expertise include both top-line (business strategy, marketing communication, customer-base management, content strategy) and bottom-line challenges (cost optimization, business process re-engineering and strategic sourcing).
Tomasz is experienced in both developed economies and developing countries.
Before joining Arthur D. Little, Tomasz held various managerial positions, including VP Marketing at UPC Poland (part of Libert Global) and Head of Strategy and Director of B2B Marketing for Orange Poland.
In addition to his consulting career, Tomasz enjoys quality time with his eight-year-old son, triathlon (Ironman finisher), travel (over 70 countries visited) and reading (anything on Darwin’s theory of natural selection).
